Frequently Asked Questions
Q: Do you use real or artificial trees?
A: We listen to our clients! Our preference is to use our feel-real technology faux trees that are flame retardant and likely to cause less of an allergic reaction to the public.
Q: How tall are the trees?
A: Most applications use trees between 9'- 20'. Yes, we have smaller and larger trees.
Q: Do you use LED lamps?
A: Yes, we use LED technology and are careful to use warm white instead of those bluish-white lamps. Of course, multi-color lamps are available too.
Q: Do you provide office decor?
A: Yes, we have a very large selection Holiday themed decorator items including accent pillows and large scaled, lobby or office appropriate decor.
Q: How does installation happen?
A: Most of our applications are completed during non-business hours to not disrupt business operations.
